The Collaborative

The journey lasts a little more than a year and brings together Deluxe, partners and financial service visionaries (like you!) to explore a critical industry topic. As a Collaborative member, you'll participate in a series of four working meetings to uncover, learn, and develop new concepts for use within your financial institution. You'll be asked to share insights into best practices within your bank or credit union. You will also be asked to conduct research within your organization and report results to the financial services industry at the 2013 Deluxe Knowledge Expo. Lastly, the overall insights of this experience will be collected and made available to the financial services industry in an effort to educate others and drive industry-wide change.

The Collaborative Experience

"Being a member of the Collaborative is so rewarding! I’ve had the opportunity to affect more and to learn more than I normally do in a typical business day."

The Collaborative allows us to think creatively (outside the banker’s norm) about the challenges and opportunities we have in Retail Banking. We get to do this with a group of bright professionals facilitated by a group of bright professionals. The result is an enlightening experience.
