Heather Vaughan

As Experience Director, Heather oversees the strategy and direction of the Deluxe Knowledge Exchange, which is designed to enable Deluxe clients to deliver purposeful experiences to their customers. In this role, she leads a team responsible for the development and implementation of the Deluxe Collaborative Experience, The Deluxe Knowledge Quarterly^TM publication, and the Deluxe Knowledge Expo.  

Heather guided the most recent Collaboratives on Thriving in the Current Banking Environment, Generations, Trust, and Selling as well as Problem Resolution.  She was a key player on the Small Business Collaborative, lending her expertise in small business. Each of these Collaborative experiences discovered and developed new experience insights and solutions for Deluxe clients.

Prior to joining Deluxe, Heather had 16 years of diverse banking experience, including retail management, product development, product management, and bank marketing. She brings to the table a broad-based knowledge of banking, consumers and small businesses from extensive marketing and program management experience in the financial services industry.

Heather received both her master’s degree in business administration and bachelor’s of science degree in business and marketing management from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management in Minneapolis.

Heather and her husband Barry live in Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota with their two children, David and Moira.
