Components of The Institute Journey

The Institute is a four-part program designed for senior-level financial industry executives who desire exclusive access to insights and innovative strategies that result in a competitive advantage. 

1.01 :: PARADIGMS – Rethink What You Do

During this first in-person group session, you will be introduced to the Collaborative’s key findings, which are the basis of the THRIVE® Model. 

1.02  :: ASSESS – Evaluate Your Organization

Our second meeting is all about your organization. Consultants from Deluxe and Stone Mantel will spend time in your organization interviewing key people, maybe even some of your customers, all designed to assess your needs within the context of the THRIVE® Model.

1.03  :: PATHWAYS – Design The Future

The third meeting will bring us back together as a group. We will spend time focusing on the learnings from 1.01 and 1.02 and explore how those learnings will play a significant role as you begin designing your organization’s strategy in detail.

1.04  :: REVIEW – Gather Feedback, Gather Details

Our final meeting on the Journey will be a gathering of the group. We will cover the status of your plan; additional steps or support needs and how you will implement.
