Wednesday and Thursday: General Session
Undaunted: How banks and credit unions can thrive in the new banking environment. The general session will feature members of the 2011 Collaborative, insightful, thought-provoking speakers from outside the industry, as well as Deluxe experts. They’ll share that in order to thrive, financial institutions need to embrace a paradigm shift – an evolutionary journey to a new banking model.

Banks and credit unions will need to:

  • Rethink how to charge for products and services.
  • Change their product to help customers accomplish their goals.
  • Revise how to effectively target customers.
  • Change the language used by their employees and in their marketing.
